ADMISSION INFORMATIONS

Issue of Application Form: June 2021 onward during office hours (9:30 am to 1:30 pm.)

Admission Opens:  On declaration of MBOSE SSLC Result (Subjected to availability of seat.)

Regular Class  Begins:  As per Government directives (Orientation at 8:30 am)

Class Timing:  8:30 am to 1:30 pm

The Course of Study (ARTS STREAM):

  1. English
  2. M.I.L.
  3. Environmental Education
  4. Electives (4 Subjects)

M.I.L.  Subjects: Students may opt either Garo M.I.L. or Alternative English.

Elective Subjects: (ARTS STREAM)
A candidate may opt any four subjects from the following, three as electives and one as additional subject: 1.  History 2. Garo 3. Political Science  4.  Education  5.  Economics/ Sociology.

The Course of Study (SCIENCE STREAM): (Currently not available.)

  1. English
  2. M.I.L.
  3. Environmental Education
  4. Physics
  5. Chemistry
  6. 3rd Elective
  7. 4th Elective

MIL Subjects:  Student may opt either Garo M.I.L. or Alternative English.

Elective Subjects (SCIENCE STREAM)  A candidate may opt for any two subjects from the following: Biology, Mathematics, Physical Education.

Documents to be Submitted:

  1. 1 Passport Photo
  2. Mark Sheet
  3. Pass Certificate/Provisional Certificate
  4. Transfer Certificate (for those students coming from other schools.)
    (Note. Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate submitted to the school must be a self-attested copy, not the original. But the transfer certificate must in original.)

Text Book and Stationeries:
The school uses MBOSE prescribed text books. Students may purchase it from any book store. But if needed they may also place an order through the school store.  But it is mandatory that students use the copy book provided by the school. It can be purchased from the school’s store.

Uniform for Boys:

  1. Pants: Mixed gray color,  regular fitting with double tacking in the front. A pant that is too tight or too loose is not allowed to be worn at school.
  2. Shirts: Half sleeves cream color with school logo in the front pocket. Make sure that the shirt has a good collar fit for a necktie.
  3. Blazer: Navy Blue in color with school Logo on the front pocket.
  4. Socks and Shoes: Black  color,  low heeled preferable of Bata or Liberty school shoes. Socks are of Navy blue color with two sky blue stripes in the cuff.
  5. Hair Grooming: Boys should always trim their hair short. Application of hair gel, hair dye, and any fancy hair style is strictly prohibited.
  6. PT/Wednesday Dress: All the students must wear the house wise collar- jersey (polo shirt) without neck tie on every Wednesday and during the drills. Pants are mixed gray color regular long pant.
  7. Neck Tie, belt, and house-wise jersey will be available at the school store.

Uniform for Girls:

  1. Salwar Kameez: Light pink kameez and cream color pajamas. It should be a common design with a round neck.
  2. Blazer and belt are the same as the boy’s uniforms. And black pump shoes without socks.
  3. P.T. Dress: mixed gray color Capri pants (quarter pant) with house wise collar-jersey (polo shirt), regular black pump shoes, and regular school belt.
  4. Hair grooming: Girls must always braid their hair and tie with sky blue rubber band and black hair clip. Colorful hair bands and other fancy hair clips are not permitted.  Hair should be of natural color.

Information for the Hosteller:
The school provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls. Student who wants to enroll in the hostel should bring the following items besides their school uniform at the time of hostel admission.

  1. Bible
  2. Trunk box with lock and key.
  3. Mattress
  4. Mosquito net.
  5. Pillow and bedsheet
  6. Mug and bucket
  7. Plate, cup, and spoon
  8. Formal dress for an official occasion
  9. Formal shoes.
  10. Short pant
  11. Sport dress
  12. Cotton pants/Jeans and T-Shirt for outing.

Attires with prints suggesting the wrong message is strictly prohibited.

How to apply (Offline)?

Step 1: Click  “Download Application Form”  to download the admission form 2021-22

Step 2: Submit the duly filled application form along with the required documents at the school office during the office hour.  You may also upload the form in the school website.

Step 3: List of selected students will be displayed on the school website.

Step 4: Fees can be deposited directly in the school account.

FINANCE

The School fees are to be cleared on two instalments, 50% during admission, and another 50% in June or July.

School fees are to be paid for twelve months.  Fees once collected will not be refunded at any circumstances.
